Fungicides on the Intensity of Several Important Diseases Caused by Fungi in
Three Varieties of Soybean Plants (Glycine max L.). Under the Guidance of
WAGIONO and SATRIYO RESTU ADHI.
The low national soybean production is influenced by several problems, namely the
low availability of quality seeds and pest attacks in the form of important diseases
caused by fungi. The aim of study to obtain botanical fungicides and soybean
varieties that were able to reduce the intensity of the important disease attack
caused by fungi. The research method was used experiment method with
Randomized Block Design (RBD) of factorial with the first factor soybean varieties
and the second factor botanical fungicides with each factor consisting of 3 levels
with 3 replications, namely v1n1 (Anjasmoro and Water), v1n2 (Anjasmoro and
Clove Oil), v1n3 (Anjasmoro and Betel Leaf), v2n1 (Grobogan and Water), v2n2
(Grobogan and Clove Oil), v2n3 (Grobogan and Betel Leaf), v3n1 (NS and Water),
v3n2 (NS and Clove Oil), v3n3 (NS and Betel Leaf). The results of analysis of
variance and DMRT at 5% level explained that there was an interaction between
varieties and botanical fungicides on the intensity and incidence of Cercospora
sojina 35 dap, but there was no interaction on other parameters. Independently,
varieties and botanical fungicides gave significant results on all parameters. In the
v3n2 treatment (NS variety and clove oil), the best results were obtained with the
lowest Cercospora sojina intensity value, the lowest Colletotricum dematium
incidence, the lowest Sclerotium rolfsii incidence and the highest 100 seed weight.
