Many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face challenges in developing their businesses without efficient strategic management tools. Similarly, Produsen Telur Asin Ibu Aenina experiences obstacles in visualizing its business model and encounters limitations in conventional product marketing. Therefore, the aim of this study is to evaluate the business model using the Business Model Canvas and analyze the business strategy through SWOT analysis. This research also designs a website based on the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology is employed in system development, with a Waterfall approach to designing the system. The system is implemented using WordPress plugins to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. System testing is conducted through the Black Box method and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to verify system performance according to established specifications. Usability evaluation is carried out through User Acceptance Test (UAT), utilizing indicators like design, user-friendliness, and application efficiency. Questionnaires are employed to gather feedback from respondents regarding the designed website.
